Our Staff
Bootheel Area Independent Living Services employees are not only courteous and helpful, but trained to insure that every area of your care as a Consumer is handled in the appropriate manner. Each employee goes through a background check to insure your safety and well being, as well as training based on the level of care they will be providing to you. It is our goal to make your in-home experience with Bootheel Area Independent Living Services as pleasant and productive as possible.
Our Mission
BAILS' mission is to foster an open, barrier free society for all people regardless of their disability. This is obtainable through the services we provide. BAILS believes that individuals should be treated with dignity and compassion. We have spent the last 30 years assisting individuals with disabilities in many ways to insure they are able to live independently utilizing our wide array of services. BAILS is looking forward to working with you to insure that your needs are met and to help you safeguard your independence.
